• Warranty Scope and Period

  • Material Warranty: 12‑month limited warranty covering delamination, abnormal aging, and severe color loss under normal use.
• DOA / Incoming Defect Handling (Bulk Deliveries)
  • Buyer to complete inbound inspection within 7 business days from receipt and report quantity/appearance defects in one notice (wrong size/color, shortage). Once verified, we will replace or reship.
  • Transit Damage: If shipment is arranged by us, we coordinate carrier claims. If buyer nominates the carrier, risk transfers at ex‑works/dispatch per contract.
• Returns & Exchanges
  • Customized products (colors, prints/LOGO, special thickness/patterns) are non‑returnable without cause; quality issues are eligible for repair or replacement.
  • Standard products: Unused and resalable with original packaging and tags are eligible for exchange within 14 days after delivery (excludes custom items). Freight responsibility to be negotiated.
• Exclusions
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care (overheating/sun baking, solvent washing, cuts/abrasion, forceful zipper operation, machine wash/dry).
  • Normal wear and tear (minor pilling, slight print wear, gradual color change).
  • Damage from use outside recommended water temperatures/scenarios.
• Claim & Processing Flow
  • Submission: PO/lot number, issue description, quantity, clear photos/videos, and inbound QC records.
  • Preliminary Review: Feedback within 1–3 business days; sample return for lab inspection may be requested (freight on us; if not a quality issue, freight to buyer).
  • Remedies: Repair, replacement, spare parts dispatch, or credit note. For batch‑level defects, return or partial refund can be negotiated.
• Service SLA (Business Days)
  • First response: within 24 hours
  • Solution confirmation: within 72 hours
  • Replacement dispatch: 3–7 days after confirmation (expedite subject to stock)
• Liability & Dispute
